Compared with LCD panel display, flexible display is more advantageous in ultrathin, lightness, long duration, large storage, free design, rolling and etc. The world has been expecting flexible products for years, while the rising of flexible products is attributed to the increasingly matured technology, industry chain coordination and cost reduction.

Senior Analyst, IHS Markit

Topic: Touch panel and human-machine interface

Kimi Lin serves as the senior analyst on touch technology of Science and Technology Department, IHS Markit. After joining IHS Markit in September 2016, he has been focusing on the research of touch panels and medium- and small-sized displays in China. Before that, Kimi Lin served as the senior analyst in Tianma with over two years of experience in the research of LCD and AMOLED market. In addition, he also served in Topology Research Institute for over 5 years, analyzing FPD market of China. Kimi Lin holds the bachelor's degree of telecommunications engineering and master’s degree of micro-electronics.



Tao Hu

Technical Director & Joint Founder, BattFlex Technologies, Inc.

Topic: Difficulties and prospects on flexible cell technologies

He is the technical director and joint founder of BattFlex Technologies, Inc. with doctoral degree of engineering, and once served in Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Shenzhen China Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. He is mainly engaged in the application and development of flexible electronic devices like flexible lithium batteries and flexible displays.




Xiaoming Yang

Technical Director, Zhejiang Ouren New Material Co., Ltd.

Topic: Difficulties and prospects on flexible sensor technologies

With doctoral degree of high polymer material and engineering of University of Pennsylvania, he consecutively served as principal researcher, technical engineer and technical director in US Planet Technology, Saint-Gobain Group, Eastman Chemical Company and IVY Company. Meanwhile, he also led to complete over 50 high-tech projects, which obtained remarkable economic and social benefits and participated and completed the high-tech projects concerning National Science Foundation, United States Department of Defense, United States Department of Energy, DuPont USA, etc.
